Who provides the app

TIC TAC TOE - IMPOSSIBLE LEVEL CHALLENGE is provided by Rosu Ion-Alexandru under the developer name Neon Rival Games. Rosu Ion-Alexandru is the publisher and controller for the personal information handled directly by the publisher. For privacy questions, contact datvegetal@gmail.com.

This policy describes the Android game's current implementation. The game works offline, has no player account system, and does not ask for your name or email address to play. Advertising and an optional sharing action have separate data flows described below.

02

Game information stored on your device

The app saves the current board, match identifier and random seed, completed match results and dates, scores and personal records, XP and level, cosmetic coins and themes, daily mission progress and claims, achievements, victory history, and transaction markers used to prevent duplicate rewards and repeated automatic ad attempts. It also stores sound, haptic and reduced-motion preferences.

These records support gameplay, restoration, local progression and the victory archive. The app has no publisher backend or cloud-save service and does not upload its saved match database to a publisher server. It has no online leaderboard or separate publisher analytics service. Google's advertising services may still process data as described below.

Daily missions use the device's local date and a saved latest-seen date. This is local game logic, not a connection to a trusted time server.

03

Advertising services

The app integrates Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Advertising is active only in builds with the required configuration and when the consent SDK permits ad requests. No additional mediation adapter or separate publisher analytics SDK is included in the current app.

When ads are enabled, Google Mobile Ads may collect or share IP addresses, which can indicate approximate location, device/account identifiers, app/ad interactions, and diagnostic/performance data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Processing depends on SDK settings and applicable choices. Google states that SDK data is encrypted in transit.

Automatic interstitial opportunities occur after completed draws and defeats, subject to availability and frequency safeguards. A human victory never triggers an automatic ad. You can separately choose a rewarded ad to receive extra cosmetic coins. Watching ads does not change AI difficulty or match score.

05

Optional sharing

When you press Share for a recorded victory, the app creates an image containing the final board, score, survival streak and recorded date, together with a short game caption. It then opens Android's sharing chooser. The image is provided to a destination only through the sharing action you choose; the app does not post automatically.

The destination app or service handles the shared content under its own terms and privacy practices. The generated image is kept in the game's temporary cache and may remain there until the cache is cleared by you or Android. Removing the local image does not remove copies already shared elsewhere.

06

Device access

The game does not request camera, microphone, contacts or precise-location permissions for gameplay. It uses internet and network-state access for advertising/consent services and vibration for optional haptic feedback. It does not offer an in-app account, purchase form or payment-data entry screen.

07

Storage, backup and deletion

Saved game records and preferences remain in the app's device storage until that data is removed, for example by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling it. The app does not apply a fixed expiry period to completed result records. A limited recent archive is displayed, but that display limit is not an automatic deletion schedule.

The app is configured to disable Android automatic backup and to exclude its data from Android cloud backup and device-transfer rules. Device-specific system behavior can vary. There is no publisher cloud account from which to restore deleted progress.

Clearing this game's storage does not delete information already processed by Google or a sharing destination. Their own policies and controls govern that information; this policy does not promise a retention period or deletion outcome on their behalf.

08

Intended audience

The game is intended for people aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13.

The game does not ask for a date of birth or verify a player's age. The minimum intended age does not mean that every player can independently consent to personalized advertising in every country. Advertising requests and applicable privacy messages depend on the app's privacy configuration and Google's consent service.

If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about personal information associated with a child's use of the app, contact datvegetal@gmail.com. Local game data can be removed using Android's app-storage controls. Requests about information already processed by Google should also use Google's privacy channels.
